You can see the list of participating courses on the Courses page on our site. There is also an Interactive Course Map for you to see the location of each course around the route of the North Coast 500. Select the 'Courses' option to see all the courses, and then click on 'Interactive Course Map' to see the map.
The Course detail page on our site will tell you if a course requires you to pre-book. If the course does specify 'Pre-booking required' then you should contact the course directly using the number shown. If you are in any doubt you should contact the course. Let them know you have a North Coast 500 Golf Passport.
Some courses have an on-line booking facility. You can go to their website by following the link on the Course detail page for that course on our site.
If clubs, trolleys or buggies are available at a course it will be shown on the Course detail page on our site. You are advised to call in advance to reserve these to make sure they are available when you are going to play.
If Pre-booking is required then you may have to pay a deposit when you book and the balance when you arrive. Normally there will be someone at the Pro-shop or office to pay and you will need to show them your North Coast 500 Golf Passport for them to ensure it is valid on the day you intend to play.
If there are no staff to pay when you arrive, there should be an 'Honesty Box' where you can leave your payment. PLEASE leave a note of your North Coast 500 Golf Passport number(s) with your payment. You should print at least one copy of each North Coast 500 Golf Passport before you travel to the route or play at the course and you can leave one of the tear off strips at the bottom of the Passport with your payment.
The North Coast 500 Golf Passport is ONLY valid for the person who's name is shown on the Golf Passport itself. You will need one North Coast 500 Golf Passport for each person playing who wants to benefit from the reduction offered by that course. Otherwise you will be asked to pay the full Green Fee.
You can buy North Coast 500 Golf Passport for another person, as a gift for example, but you must ensure the person's name, who will use the Golf Passport, is entered on the Golf Passport details before you make the payment.
The North Coast 500 Golf Passport is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The Purchase date and the Expiry date will be shown on the Golf Passport that is sent to you via your email address entered.
There is no limit to the number of times you can use the Golf Passport as long as the expiry date has not been reached.
The North Coast 500 Golf Passport is ONLY available for purchase directly from our website. You can pay by Credit or Debit Card and via Paypal.
The Golf Passport is sent to you via your email address so you can't loose it. You can log-on to your account and request it to be sent if you can't find the original email. You can then print it (which we recommended) and take it with you when you visit a participating course on the route.
We will send you a reminder 30 days before the date of expiry of your Golf Passport. If you want to renew it before the expiry the new Golf Passport will run for 12 months from the expiry of the old Golf Passport and not from the date of renewal.
The North Coast 500 Golf Passport CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offer at any of the participating courses.
